Have you lost a loved one or been injured in a traffic crash? Or care for someone who was? Let’s join together as the winter chill sets in and the holiday bells start ringing. Relish in this unique opportunity to be immersed in beautiful sounds – and learn how sound can be an important relaxation and healing technique for our minds, bodies and souls. Even though we’ll be “virtual,” we’ll also have ample time for meeting new members, connecting and sharing support, especially before the holiday season.
