Help us post crash signs
In preparation for World Day of Remembrance, the DC chapter of Families for Safe Streets is posting crash signs memorializing those who have been killed since the Mayor announced our Vision Zero goal in 2015. Are you able to post a crash memorial sign to support this effort? We are building on earlier efforts for 2022 and 2023 to make this preventable public health crisis visible and to push for positive, lasting change.
If you’ve been looking for a meaningful way to do something about traffic violence, this is it! Please email us at DCFamiliesForSafeStreets [at] gmail.com to learn more. Materials are ready now for pick up and we have instructions to guide you through each step.
