2022 Washington Region Vision Zero Summit

The Vision Zero Summit brings together elected officials, decision-makers, advocates, thought leaders, and the private sector to share best practices, insights and innovations to eliminate deaths and serious injuries on our region’s streets and highways.
This year’s Summit will focus on Safe Streets for All: A Safe System Approach. The Safe System approach was founded on the principle that no one should be killed or injured when using the road system. It consists of five elements: Safe Road Users, Safe Vehicles, Safe Speeds, Safe Roads, and Post-Crash Care.

FSS Cross-Country Support Community: Intersection of Culture and Grief
Wednesday, September 21 from 7:00pm – 8:15pm eastern
Please join us for a cross-country virtual support community event focused on the intersections of culture and grief. What are the rituals and traditions that have been helpful? confusing? that you wish existed? Together we will explore how our backgrounds may impact our post-crash experience and how our crash experience may influence, hinder or inspire rituals or other cultural and spiritual practices. Whether your crash was recent or long ago, we hope you will join us for this mutually supportive opportunity to honor, remember, share and connect.
