Vision Zero Network: Media Skills Workshop

Tuesday, October 11 from 1pm to 2:30pm via Zoom

Your story, if you’re ready to tell it, is a powerful tool for change. We need decision makers and the public to better understand the devastating toll of traffic crashes, and hear from those with firsthand experience. This hands-on, online training hosted by the Vision Zero Network is for people who have been impacted by a traffic crash. We’ll talk about how to get your story in front of the elected officials, media outlets, and key audiences.

DC Families for Safe Streets Monthly Meeting

Thursday, October 13 from 7pm to 8pm via Zoom

San Francisco Bay Area FSS Chapter: Storytelling Workshop

Sunday, October 16 from 6pm to 8pm via Zoom

This hands-on, online training hosted by the San Francisco Bay Area FSS chapter is for people who have been impacted by a traffic crash. Expert coaching to help you develop your crash story into a compelling narrative that can capture attention.

GWU Hospital: Virtual Trauma Survivors Group

Thursday, October 27 from 6:30pm to 8pm via Zoom

This virtual meeting hosted by the George Washington University Hospital is open to all trauma survivors, family members and loved ones. It is a space where people can connect with other people who have experienced similar circumstances.
