FSS Cross-Country Support Community: Virtual Sound Meditation

Wednesday, December 7 from 7pm to 8:10pm via Zoom

If you have lost a loved one or been injured in a crash, join us on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:00pm for a virtual sound bath meditation led by Sound Meditation Presents, a renowned California-based organization “dedicated to helping people all over the globe discover the tools of sound meditation.”

They will lead us in this ancient practice that can help bring us relaxation while also acting as a great way for beginners to experience and learn about meditation. As always, we will also have space for members to connect, share, and support each other, especially as this will be several weeks before the holidays and the end of the year.

The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting Service unites family and friends around the globe by lighting candles for one hour to honor the memory of the sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and grandchildren gone too soon. As candles are lit at 7:00 p.m. local time, hundreds of thousands will commemorate and honor the lives of all loved ones gone too soon. The Worldwide Candle Lighting gives bereaved families everywhere the opportunity to come together to remember their love ones, “that their light may always shine!” At 7:00 p.m. the names of our loved ones will be read. When you hear your loved ones name read you are invited to share their picture and light a candle in their memory. Please RSVP no later than Friday, December 9, 2022 with your name and the name(s) of the loved one(s) you are lighting a candle for.
